Greg has to go to Context. I don't get a say in the Big Boy dance-off results, so can't use that excuse! And Greg's shirt was the best of all.

Besides, I really don't think I can make it to Horror Realm. And have to get me a fix of that fuzzy man somewhere.

If we could get Jezzy and Keene there, too. Woohoo!

Anyhoo, Horror Realm and Quatre Con for me. I'm ditching Context for New Orleans, biatches.  nanana

Far as writing-related shindigs go, Horror Realm's the only one I can swing this year, but it's gonna be epic! I'm also going to Camp Blood in August (Friday the 13th con in Texas) to hang with some peeps I haven't seen in several years.

Context has that awesome group of expert writers doing panels every year. Braunbeck, Connolly, Waggoner, Prescott. I know last year McCoy held a seminar on the birth of Aqua Punk. It can be a very educational place for the young writer.

And I'd love to go to New Orleans for Quatre Con but it's over Halloween weekend. I have to be with my party boys on our favorite holiday. Griffman don't have many more years left before Trick-r-Treating is packed away. I don't want to miss any of them.

Plus Bohmer is going to spend the whole time hero-worshipping her Skullvines bosses. 'Oh SD, you ARE John Lennon. Oh Jerrod, you're so funny! And French! Kissasskissasskissassyass!'

That may be the only horror out there today that I don't think I want to watch.

Horror Realm sounds like the wang chung place to hit this year with dudes like ZZ and The as star attractions. Tug and Riverdance will be there and if I can remind Jodi that she published my book, maybe I can celebrate with the Belfire people.

Oh and this just in- gonna be doing the last Mo Con! Indy was a lot closer than I thought and my Price Line guru wife pulled a Shatner and got me a cut rate room. I couldn't make Necon this year but with the wild party people Maurice puts together, I think that'll do, pig. That'll do.

It's fun to see how these answers have changed since we first put our convention plans down.

Some of you have had to cancel out. Some have realized Scott McCoy is going to be at your convention so you switched to another.

And some are making surprise appearances--- I know something about Horrorfind.... nanana

Alas, each and every one of these things is too far away from me.

Another reason why I don't like living in VA.   Cthulhu

I should smack you around for that, but I'll let you go...this time!  Cthulhu

I'll be at the Horrorfind weekend, and the only ass I'll ever kiss is Clive Barker's, baby!  stargate 2

Man alive, am I late responding to this thread!
Well, I attended NECON and it was just plain amazing! My first time and I can see now why folks really dig this con!

I will be at CONtext next week and am VERY, VERY bummed that Greg won't be there!
I then turn around the following weekend and head to Horrorfind!
I hope to meet up with you fine folks there!  I'll be the one wearing the "I'm Funky for my Werepig" Nehru Jacket!

We will make up for Context with a double wild time at Horrorfind, my goodly friend. Oh yes, we will.
